Sad and Happy times

Well Me and my Dad were talking last night and this is the short end of the conversation. I get project Lucky 13 done, he takes it, drives it and then I get his 1970 SS Chevelle. So now I have a couple of questions, should I lower Lucky 13, I am at the point were I am ready to reasemble the frame and don't know if it would bring more money lowered (3/5) or if it was stock. Also how much should Lucky 13 bring: 500 horse power 454 with a 700R4 and Ford 9 inch rear, needs interior work and will have a freshpaint job with the all the suspension pieces being rebuilt. Any guesses? Thanks guys.
