Wink refrigerant Capacity for an 84 C10

Hello everyone, I am trying to find what the refirgerant and oil capacity is for the A/C system in our trucks. Just finished my Serpentine belt swap. I've got the system all flushed and a new dryer installed. I'm ready to suck it down and charge it up.
Thanks
Chris

Re: refrigerant Capacity for an 84 C10

My uncle just put 3 cans into mine, this was after i put on a new compressor, hoses and evaporator. Are you using r134a or r12, pag oil for the 134 and ester oil for the r12 according to the instructions on my compressor box. Also you use 6-8 oz of oil depending on what was replaced. Another thing if a component went down, like my compressor froze, you'll need to use cleaning oil for a/c systems to flush with.

These are the things i learned so far.
