NV4500 bell housing "NEED HELP"
Hey Everyone!!
I have a 74 Blazer with a 1967 396 BBC. I have the NV4500/203/205 already to be installed. All I'm lacking is the bell housing. I'm honestly not sure if a stock bell housing will bolt up directly to the big block? Can anyone please help me out with any information. Thank you!! The NV 4500 is the 1993-1995 GM with the 6.34 first gear. The bell house to tranmission bolt pattern measure 10.078 across the top 10.396 across the bottom 4.685 vertically |

Re: NV4500 bell housing "NEED HELP"
This is a good question. There were 454 trucks in the same years, which was pre-Vortec,that used NV4500s.My only experience is with a`92 and a`95,both with 6.5TDs/NV4500s.I think all this is interchageable, but would like to hear for sure.
