suspension question?

Iv'e got a 71 chev 1/2 what is the best suspension for handeling on the street (best preformance) I would like to run bags but don't know what to put with it??????

Bags are not going to give you improved handling. If you want to drop it, go with spindles first, then coils. Gas shocks, sway bars, adgustable panhard rod. remember you can get some imrovement on the handling but your not going to get Corvette results. You have a big, top heavy truck with a suspention system designed for big loads not for road racing. The center of gravity is all wrong and there is not much you can do to change it unless you want to redesign the whole system and knock off about a 1000 lbs.

trucks or, any heavy full size vehicle, are not good for road racing, they are good for straight line blasting away leavign thing sin the dust,
if you want ot road race then you need to get a european car, or at least a camaro or corvette,
