Truck seat venting
I went to a swap meet this past weekend and ended up buying a set of 1999 Buick seats. Very nice leather with power everything. heat and integrated seat belt. I paid $600 and guess what....They don't fit!
 Well, I want to ask if anyone here has used aftermarket seats in their truck. Any pictures or links would be helpful, thanks!

Dang nice seats. They should sell just fine on Ebay. I put 95 GM truck seats in my 82 Blazer if that counts..

Well your sig shows 8 vehicles, none of them being a '99 Buick. What makes you think they would fit?
With that said... darn nice seats, make them fit. Can't you make some sort of bracket up? You could start with the mounting of your original seats and build something to attach to the new seats. Welder & torch comes to mind.

haha, nope, no buick, the car was totaled and it was a parts guy that I struck the deal with. My problem is the rails, they are just to long. The hump in the floor makes it really ruff to cut becuase of the power seat assembly. Someone asked me to check cadillac seats, they are supossed to be slimmer.
I'll look into those truck seats next! Quote:

I got a set of Ford Taurus SHO seats in mine. Look good and had to drill some new holes and add some spacers but much better IMO. Like Ken mentioned I would sell them off on Ebay and get something that you know will fit better.
