1-3/8" Fuel Hose??
The opening on my tank relocation is 1-3/8". I didn't realize this and have already put some gas in the tank to test my sending unit so welding something on would be a little difficult now. I can't find 1-3/8" fuel hose, Is the stuff made?. What can I do to get 1-1/2" to fit? Looking for suggestions

Re: 1-3/8" Fuel Hose??
Try to call a local rubber hose company rather than an auto parts store. The hose for the K5 gas tanks is sometimes an odd size and I got one at a local rubber hose company - they had alot of different diameter fuel grade hoses available.

Re: 1-3/8" Fuel Hose??
I bought mine local at Mississippi Rubber Company. (And I believe Subtle71 did also) They make hoses for commercial applications (gas stations, etc...) and they had it in stock. Mine is the one that has the wire spun into it like some of the newer radiator hoses (only it is actually embedded into the rubber).
Just let me know if I can help and I will pick up and ship you what you need. PM me if you decide to go this route, since I will surely misplace this thread.

Re: 1-3/8" Fuel Hose??
I thought I had a piece in my building but it turned out to be 1". I bought it from Walter A Wood Supply Co which is in Rossville Georgia. Their address is 4509 Rossville Blvd 37407, PH is 867-1033 . I'm not sure if that is 706 or 423 area code. This place takes up an entire city block and has old school guys behind the counters that know their stuff.
