I need a little help.. How hard is it...
To change the window chanel and the division bar insert and what will I need inorder to do this. Will I need to take the window out to do this. I really hope not. I did this a few years back in my 57 chevy 150 but don't remember if the windows were in or not. I just put a regulator in and did not enjoy it 1 bit. I was also wandering where to oil the regulator to make work best and what to use. Thanks.

You don't need to take the window out to change the window chanel felt. I don't know about division bar felt but I don't think you would need to take the window out for that either - should just slip down the division bar.
Here's what I used to lubed my regulator. Check here to see how I did it without taking the regulator out.

TRAVIS -- YOU CAN PUT THE WINDOW CHANNEL IN WITH THE WINDOW IN PLACE, BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO REMOVE THE WING VENT ASSY. TO REPLACE THE DIVISION BAR CHANNEL. IT'S NOT THAT TOUGH, & YOU CAN DO IT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR.
