SMOOTH as is without the stock grooves? Or smooth is in SWEEEEET!? You might have to do some fab work if you mean literally smooth. I got brand new short bed running boards for my '54 that are as strong/thick as the factory ones were in '54. I just check Brothers and they have them for 469.00 for the set
If you don't care if they are steel or not fiberglas is 269

The pic shows original style ribbed style but this part number is for the smooth style.
