droppin the 86, ? on spindles/springs

Planning on dropping my truck, I am just not sure what set up.
I'd like to go with belltech, they have always done me right on other rides I have had.
Anyway, I'm looking for a 4-5/6 on my 86 silverado.
Should I get the 3" BT spindles and a 1" drop spring, or a 2" spindle & 2" spring?
I'll be getting some 20's for it before the drop, so I am not worried about the stock rims rubbing.
Also gonna go with the rear flip kit.
Any advice or ideas?

If you're not worried about rubbing I'd go with the 3'' spindle. A one inch spring would probably require less shims at the alignment shop.

Consider DJM spindles, and go 3"

I would definitely go for the 3" Belltech spindles and the 1" spring. You will have a much better ride quality that way.
