Manual to Power steering
I am thinking about converting my 76 with manual steering over to power steering. I have an 81 donor truck I can get the parts from, just wondering if anyone has done this and what I should look out for or if it will even work. Thanks!

Re: Manual to Power steering
You could probably do search and find a few threads on this. This is actually a very easy swap. Just swap the manual steering gearbox for a power steering gearbox then the power steering brackets, a pump, hoses and a belt. It only took me a couple of hours to add p/s to my old 1972 C20 beater truck.

Re: Manual to Power steering
Thanks for the info. it's always good to hear from someone who has actually done it before.
