Door wont line up on new push on seals
I got the new push on seals from Gmcpauls and I decided to go ahead and do the drivers side. The seals were pretty easy to get on. When I was done I started adjusted my door and I cant get it to go on without some spaces. I have some areas that I cant get a flat head screw driver in and some places where I can get my finger down into. Im starting to think my door is warped.
Any thoughts? Thanks

Re: Door wont line up on new push on seals
Okay, the flange that the weatherstrip is attached too will bend back and forth. If the door is too tight in some areas lightly tap the weatherstrip so that it will bend that flange in a little bit. Do this until your door fits fairly good. Use a dollar bill between the door and weatherstrip to check for fit. You may also need to bend in the door frame some for the areas that are gapped out too much. Roll the window down first though so you do not break it and go easy as the frame around the windows in these trucks are weak and you can bend very easily. Good luck and post any more questions here and I will help you out as much as I can.

Thanks for the info. What you are saying makes sense. I will try that tonight when I get home and post back.
