hey i have a ? on putting my distribtuer back in

it wasn't in all the way so i took it out so how do i get it back in an how do i get it back on the firing order?

You need to get the number one piston up on top dead center on the compression stroke. Find the number 1 wire on the cap and that is where you want the pointer to land when you get it seated. Number one is the front plug on the drivers side. You can pull that plug and turn the engine over till you start getting compression, then just line up the mark on the balancer with your timming pointer. Somtimes you have to turn your oilpump drive rod with a screwdriver to get the distributor to drop in where you want it.

Depends on your mechanical ability. Get a haynes manual and it'll tell you pretty much what you need to know for the spindles, the rear end should be fairly straight forward. Be careful, those coil springs (if your truck has them) store a lot of energy.
