Intermittent rough/no idle

It seems once a week my truck will not want to idle, I have to keep the engine running with the gas pedal when I come to a stop, and it seems to miss. Even after driving on the highway for 5 minutes on my way to work it still won't idle, but it runs fine at speed, when I'm not idling. My Holley 600 carb is only about a month old. Any ideas?

What is your timing set at? Do the basics and check the fuel line for a good supply of fuel. Maybe your floats are sticking in the carb.
