Hey guys, I wanted to make a "loot" thread. so when christmas comes, post up what you got. So far all I know i've gotten a 69' off ebay that my dad told me about today. I cant wait to go pick it up the 2nd!

I think we got a good deal on it, considering the motor is rebuilt and has headers, a clean title, and HOPEFULLY a good bed on it. Plus its got a 3 speed and a 4 speed in the bed, hopefully the 4 speed is a Muncie (sp?).

No parts just TOOLS! Stuff I needed too. Oh ya, I got a nice AC cover from Roland for Xmas, so I guess I did get parts. I really need my computer to lock up for a month or so, so I can get something done to my truck...

Heck, if you guys think $500 for his 69 is a steal, you oughta checkout my 69 I got for $500 cash aswell.

Clear title, original owner.
5k on the rebuilt 350 & 4speed
71 Swapped suspension, new mc, and brakes.

I bought my truck a waterproof outdoor cover for Christmas to keep the rain off . I'm hoping for some tools and maybe a new tool box.

Sounds like everyone is having a great christmas so far! I ended up trading presents with my girlfriend last night and she got me Oakley sunglasses. I still dont understand why girls cry when they get diamonds

Its time for me to leave to go pick up my brother from the airport (flying in from california) and were going to my grandparents house for the midnight service at their church. Then christmas with the entire family!

The only thing that sucks about getting that truck is that I cant see it until January first when we go pick it up, but I guess you have to wait on good things.

Just got these in the mail from my PO....He powdercoated them and all! They are the original set from my 68 that his dad pulled off about 35 years ago!

I got $3 grand from my wife as a hurry up and get the truck finished gift. Best Christmas present ever! My parent's got me a fuel cell from FuelCellGuy, and I pp'd him the money over Thanksgiving but haven't heard from him since. ?? Also bought myself a nice set of KP notches on Friday. Father-in-law gave me a c-note for the truck, and I also gave myself Tuesday off so I could get some more work done on it.

I also got a great heavy duty 9 drawer pro tool box to sit on top of my roll cab, a set of gasket scrapers, a coolant tester, battery tester and a new ball joint breaker. Got to transfer all my tools out of the various old boxes into their new shiny red home and then find some stickers for it!

Dang you guys are making out good!! I feel really good about what I got, its a 1:25 scale model. I plan on doing a replica of my truck! I think I'm going to have to do some mods on it though.. the model is a 72 and my truck is a mut with a 69 front end and 67 bedsides. I've got some left over paint from the paintjob. This is going to be fun!! Merry Christmas everyone

I got new door sills, window felts & heater hoses from Classic Parts, ashtray to drink holder kit [Old Air] and a few new concert dvds and cds. Been a great month for the truck!
