broken into
my '67 burb got broken into and the seeats got stolen today. Its amazing how brave criminals are getting to break into a vehicle in the middle of the day. Couldn't get my backseat out but took my front buckets and console and a third seat I had mounted in the rear. Hard to keep anything nice if you don't have a garage to lock it up in. They even stole my gas cap.

Re: broken into
Hell it looks like it is all over the country. So far I've been lucky but a couple of my neighbors have been hit multiple times. Sorry for your loses.

Re: broken into
You guys are scaring me. I have 2 trucks parked out side and one in a storage place while I am overseas. I guess when I go home next month I will have to do some preventative theft work to them. It's no wonder this is happening, these trucks are very popular and the parts sale very well. I guess it's because of all the publicity these trucks get on T.V. and in magazines. If we don't want a theif messing with our trucks, I guess we need to start buying F@%D trucks.

Re: broken into
Oh no, not the "F" word!!!
It doesn't matter where you live, there is this type of scum everywhere. My 'burb sits in a very old, unsuspecting, garage, but outside the garage sits 130lbs of teeth and attitude(not my wife , she's only 105lbs), for that very reason. |
