Video Question
How come no one ever posts up videos of their box chevy's? Is there a rule that we are not supposed to post videos of street racing/burnouts? Just wondering because in the while I've been here I only saw that one members box chevy doing donuts. I think it was a green one, and he was from Canada, but then again my memory isn't the greatest. I do remember he was banned, but don't know if it was a result of that vid?

Re: Video Question
No, no, that truck is a good friend of mine's. People get them confused quite often, I wish mine performed as good as his. That is a 12.9 second truck.
Hopefully one day, I will be able to hang with the local big boys. The Performance Truck scene down here is HUGE!

Re: Video Question
same color. very cool man but those big brake stands are not my scean. I would rather leave a big strip then a short bach with a large pile of black dust.

Re: Video Question
Yeah, they were just having some fun. The video section in our thread had been idle for a while, and since they just scored some new rims (different size) they trashed the old tires.
I'll post some race videos tomorrow.

Re: Video Question
Here's a video of my playing with the (then new) 600CFM eddybrock on the new EPS intake.
And here's one of my truck on fire 2 months later. That enough action for ya?

Re: Video Question
No, I don't. Sorry. But if it is any help it is very similar to the Gold color the 03-ish Silverados come out with, maybe a tad bit lighter.

Re: Video Question
Thats a helluva burnout. The truck performs really well. I like the stance, as well. I'm still thinking of turning my brown GMC into a street/strip toy. Trailor queens are ok, but I much rather have a pavement assassin.

Re: Video Question
Go for it! He's got a full bolt on 5.3 running 12 sec 1/4's and he still gets better gas mileage than my stock 350/350

Re: Video Question
TTT.
Everyone is welcome to post any video you have of 73-87 trucks. I got a street race vid of my truck, but I'm still debating on posting it up or not. I have a feeling I'm going to catch a lecture
