? for those running step notches
I've got the KP step notch kit and have the driver side welded in and finished, but just have the outer side welded on for the passenger side and I noticed that my ECE super trac bar is not going to clear when the axle travels into the notch. Looks like I'm going to have to relocate it, or go with an entirely different one altogether. I saw the Suicide Doors universal panhard that gets welded to the axle, so that's an option. Another is using a standard adjustable panhard that mounts to the stock location, but I really don't want to use that as it is a pretty short length. Has anyone else run into this problem? What are you guys using? Watts link maybe?

A watts link would be nice. I would of gotten one but the only one I could find that I liked was the totally polished piece and I think it was like $500 bones.
I'm not sure about your ECE unit. Can you fab new mounting locations? Here's my Suicide Doors universal panhard bar. Josh |

Re: ? for those running step notches
Well, a buddy of mine came by tonight and gave me an idea I hadn't even thought about. It's always great to get someone else to look at something you are having problems with so you get another opinion and they can see things differently. I'm only going to be off by about 1/4-3/8" and I have room to move the panhard forward by elongating the holes for the u-bolt on the axle and sliding the whole plate forward by 3/8". Problem solved. That will definitely be the easiest solution. I don't know why I hadn't even thought of that!

Re: ? for those running step notches
Yeah, that is sweet. Nice job yoyokidss! I got the passenger side notch finished up today and I think moving the panhard plate that sits between the axle & the trailing arm forward is going to be my best/easiest solution. If for some reason that still doesn't work, I'll fab another mounting location up. Things are moving pretty good so far. I'll post pics tomorrow night.
