correct 57 center caps?

Which of these is correct (if any) for 1957 GMC?

http://www.hubcaps.org/allgmc.html

I'm interested in dog-dish type center caps. Could be for 1/2, 3/4 or 1 ton.

They aren't shown on that page.

Most venders list this hubcap as correct for 55 - 59 GMC.

The second picture shows the hubcaps I used on my 59 GMC. They are from the early 50's and clipped right on.

Those are awesome. They would be perfect for what I want to do. Are they considered hard to find? I can't seem to find too many sources for GMC hubcaps, including ebay.

Re: correct 57 center caps?

They are reproduced and most of the vendors list them in their catalogs.

I 'borrowed' the picture from the Brothers Online catalog and I believe they are $209 a set.

Geez...I remember when hupcaps were $5 a piece...

I got a message from Les at GMCPauls that they can get them too. Their price is around $175 I think. At least I know reproductions are out there. I may spend a little time looking for nice OEM ones though.

Re: correct 57 center caps?

I have bought a few GMC hubcaps for the shop wall on eBay. They are there.

There used to be an eBay vendor that sold them cheaper. Check weekly and see what comes up.

By the time I sandblasted, powdercoated, bought hubcaps and trim rings I think I could have had a set of sharp looking wheels! BUT I really like the look I ended up with!
