You can actually get the mfrom any autoparts store (need to be ordered I imagine) BUT they do cost a pretty penny.

You can probably get them at Autozone/O'Reillys for about 100 bucks. I've heard you might have to try 2 or 3 before you get a good one however.
If its a 1 barrel Rochester, Theres really not much to rebuilding them if you have a decent core.

Try and shoot for the Monojet. I've heard bad things about the "Model B" Rochester.

Re: NEw carb for my 250 ???
Our local Advance Auto Parts carries them. Rebuild kits cost about half of what you'll pay to get one rebuilt. Regardless whether you rebuild or just replace, you need to tweak and tune the carb after replacement (or have someone else who knows what they are doing do it)

Or...
you could always go with an aftermarket intake and put MULTIPLE Rochester carbs on there with a cool little, polished throttle linkage setup. But I'll let you sleep on it

Re: NEw carb for my 250 ???
Huh... my Model B was bulkier than that and I don't think that is a Monojet. Maybe a Carter?
Either way, if you're just looking for a decent replacement, just tell the autoparts guys you need a carb for a 1967 Chevy 250. Whether its the EXACT same or not, it should still bolt right up to the intake, fuel line, manual choke, and throttle link. Just make sure you keep whatever parts from this one that you may need. (I know my throttle linkage was a little screwy.)

Re: NEw carb for my 250 ???
When you talk about engine #'s, which numbers are you referring to, and why are you looking to get them? Just curious. Not sure if I can help or not.

Re: NEw carb for my 250 ???
You'll need to visit www.inliners.org or www.stovebolt.com to learn more, no doubt. Some of the inline-savvy guys here might know some stuff, but those two websites are the end-all be all resource for them.
On the passenger side, you will find some numbers and symbols under the two side covers that cover the pushrods, I believe one of them denotes what year the block was made. That's about the limit of my knowledge on the topic.
