Had the whole team in the back of the truck for the Opening Day Parade down Main Street today......Good Times 78 Degrees Light Breeze and Sunshine, Cold Beer Hot Dogs ... Does it get any better than this?

And here my Slugger is after the Parade and Carnival taking a snooze before game at 5:00.......he totally wore himself out...

No, they didn't win, lost 7-5, but that only bothers them for 2 minutes, or as long as it takes to get a free ticket to the concession stand for a treat. This is first year of the kids pitching, must have been at least 16 that were plunked by the ball

Yea those hubcaps are pretty sweat. Looks like a lot of fun and yes summer is almost here for me, too. (If only college would realize this)

Kool....I noticed you've got an old license plate on the front. Just curious if that's O.K in Mo...because I'd been wondering about doing that.

You can register old plates to your truck legally in MO. I haven't done that though, I asked both the Crystal City and Festus (Twin Cities) Police Dept's if it was OK if I ran my Grandpa's original plate on the front of my truck and they said as long as I had a legal plate on the back that it was fine.

I keep the the legal plate under the seat just in case. I rarely drive the truck out of either city so it hasn't been a problem.

Those are cool, I've seen cars running around with them wasn't sure how to go about getting them. I may do that for my daily driver....Thanks.
