A-arm question
I'm converting a 67 C-20 2wd Chevy to a C-10. Can I use the C-20 A-arms, upper and lower, or do I need C-10 A-arms? Is there any difference between these?

As far as I know they're the same, but it's the assemblies and springs that are different. The actual control arms themselves are the same. Also, I think the tie rods and sway bars are different...I know the sway bars are.

I was hoping to hear that the control arms themselves are the same between 3/4 and 1/2 ton. I had planned on replacing everything else anyhow, like the springs, spindles, ball joints, ect. I just didn't want to have to go looking for new control arms. Thanks for the information!!

The upper arms will work, but the lowers wont(different hole size for the ball joint on the lower arm). You will need to replace ball joints& outer tie rod ends as well to bolt on the 1/2 ton spindles. good luck......Crazy longhorn
