Engine tag?

Hi guys. On the passenger side of my motor there is a tag that says
ROGERS REMANUFACTURED ENGINE.(serial # 68759) I did a google search and found nothing. Does anybody know about these? I just really want to know what size it is. Thanks.

Oh.... How can I tell what series(model) this truck is. There is no vin tag on it.

Smile Re: Engine tag?

Went through this yesterday. Found a rebuild tab from springfield Mo. Who did it and a number they dreamed up. Look on the R/F of the engine where the head sits . Just in front of the head there is a pad with a number . Then refference that number and letters at this link . Should give you a good working idea what you have there.Only works for v-8 engines Good Luck
