I drove it home from NJ.. about 200. miles.. ran great ,for the firest 150. Then wife flaged me down .. she said ther was alot of smoke coming out from under the truck, tranny appers to be leaking from the front seal.. it,s like it just blow out.. well i drove it the rest of the way home tranny still shifes fine.. but now i have a taping noise.. I plan to pull the tranny out . i hope to find a creaked fly wheel, but who knows.. right now i am working on all the sheet metel i have to replace.. i plane on lowering it ,and getting rid of the door handles just smooth out the hole truck, for a nice clean look.. The big thing I really would like to do is chop the top , So if there is any one out there that has any sujestion or has done this please let me know , and as alwas pic's would be great.. I plan To take a lot of pic's while i am biulding, and keep you all updated..

Re: New Guy Here..

Kewl truck, but why are you hoping to find a cracked flywheel? I hope to never find one of those! All my trucks have flexplates. No Sticky Wicky...

Welcome from the middle of a cornfield in Indiana.
