WHAT ALL DOES THE KIT COME WITH?AND HOW HARD ARE THEY TO INSTALL?ONE MORE QUESTION,WHO CARES THE ENTIRE KIT? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Basically, It comes with everything but the regulators and the doors
Glass, sash channel, window tracks, run channel, inner and outer window scrapers.

Yes you use the existing (old) regulators and the existing door. In other words, it comes with everything to convert the doors, except the door and the regulator.

THANKS FOR INFO. I'M GETTING READY TO SEND MY TRUCK TO THE BODY-SHOP AND I'VE GOTTA TAKE OUT THE OLD WINDOWS.SO I BELEIVE I'LL PROBALY GO BACK WITH THE ONE PIECE.THANKS FOR THE INFO.
