Re: new engine picture

Looks great Eric! If it were me, I would put black or grey plug wires on it..those red one stick out like a sore thumb. I darker color would blend more IMO. I also thin a black 90 degree elbow would look better on the fuel line, it would match the black fitting on your fuel log.

But, like I said, it still looks great as is.

honestly jeff, if i had money to blow on parts i want but dont need..... i wouldnt be working on my truck. i would be driving my '57 corvette

the plug wires i can see doing. just because with my new mounting hardware on the valve covers they are VERY tight, i barely got them ran.

the -an elbow, well i dunno about that. the red and blue fittings match the aeromotive fuel pressure regulator so well, but i will be buying the black fittings for my tranny cooler.

got other things to take care of first though, like getting the new 4 core radiator and new tranny cooler.

That makes sense, I didn't know, and couldn't see, the regulator you are talking about.

Don't get me wrong, engine looks great...I was just letting you know it could look better (again, only my opinion)...but I totally understand the need vs. want aspect. I have been there many times, in fact, I am always playing devils advocate against myself when it comes to my truck and what it needs versus what it wants.
