so I guess we droppin the front tonight....
its gonna be interesting. a buddy of mine called me up ecstatic about the rental of a spring compressor, he has it for 45 days and is so amped up that we are dropping my truck, and his maro tonight...only the front ends...I dont mind having a 4" rake for a few weeks *shrugs*
so when its all said and done...I will post up mad pics about what we did... see you all in a few hours!

The truck can be done without the spring compressor. Just use the truck as the weight factor as you lift the truck off of the lower A-frame and then when you lower it back onto the new components.

i when i did it ,i used some hillbilly engineering...i used electrical wire fromt he house,,the kind you use to wire a house,,cut off the outside plastic, took 2 of the inside wires, twisted them together, and run it up through an twisted the ends together...but hey may not be the safeest way to do it, but it worked when a spring compressor wouldnt

unfortunately...the spring compressor was anything but...wound up just putting the wheels back on and said FUGGIT! sat around and bs'd for a few hours.
so we all came to the conclusion that when we stab the cam, me and gregg will be on the motor.,.,.blake and joey will be doing the suspension...at least at that point I can do THE ENTIRE drop...instead of just springs *shrugs*
