Tree vs. Truck

Sunday morning our neighbor came running over and said a big branch fell off our tree into the road.So we went out to move it.Then saw it hit my uncles truck.Hes kinda depressed about it because he just went and bought new wheels and tires for it

Re: Tree vs. Truck

Good luck with that. Hopefully some form of insurance will cover it. On the bright side though, it's just a new bedside and some paint away from being good again.

Earlier in the day the truck was parked in a different spot the branch would have hit the cab.

Re: Tree vs. Truck

Get ahold of the citys risk management department their responsible for all claims aganist municipalities. Also are your vehicles and home insured by the same insurer? If they are get your agent on the phone and anoy him to death until you get some response.

Re: Tree vs. Truck

Well the city is now having their lawyers "investagate" it but we do have a few witnesses one who saw the branch fall and a few others who saw the branch in the road
