she wanted in......so she got in
got the girlfriend a new truck today and it's a shorty fleetside the way i like em. it's going to be a hell of a daily driver. she already eyed the coys c5 polished in 22x9 and 20x8.5 ( she hangs around me too much). the first thing is to get some hot rod black on it and lower it 5/7(bags later after i finish my little brothers truck). color will be corvette pewter, peanut butter insides, and a ls1 motor w/ 700r4 trans (so i can still use the manual speedo cable). the build will be somewhat custom but mild. well enough of the future, here are a few pics.

Re: she wanted in......so she got in
lol, way to go bubba
Really tho, what's up with chicks these days? All the good ones want old Chevy trucks, like my new friend Brandy who drives a '78 K10 stepper, no lift but with wheels like this truck and 33s, I met her when she stormed the bar yelling "Who's the jacka$$ who coppied my truck?!". Turns out her truck looks almost the same as mine, with copper color and wooden stakes and all, only I ain't got 4x4 but I got a front trailer hitch. She also has modded pedals as she's way too damn short to reach the stokers, her dad notched them with a cut-off wheel, bent them up, and rewelded them so now no-one taller than 5ft can comfortably drive the thing around, which is okay cause at 22 she ain't expected to grow any taller than what she already is, lol 69face, is that truck a '79? It does have the '79 chrome, but as we all know there's hardly any of them left stock anymore, and wheels and tires suggest the previous owner had a taste for nice chrome parts and hot-roddish looks P.S. we're still waiting on pics of truck and girlfriend together

Re: she wanted in......so she got in
Was about to say, she's on the wrong side of the cab :p
69face, does the front passenger fender need a little "massaging" in the top front corner, or is it just the pics that make it look like that?

Re: she wanted in......so she got in
all parts are collected for getting this truck daily driveable and respectable. do you all think that i should keep the 79-80 facia or get the 73-78? all of my buddies are partial to the 73-78. or
