Where to buy.....
I'm about ready to start putting the suspension together on my 68, but I need some recommendation on where to get some stuff.
I'm going with airbags all around, I don't want to lay frame or rockers or anything like that, but just have a nice adjustable ride. I figure I'll do a mild c-notch, but I want don't want to cut up the bed. So where do I get a C-notch (welding is not a problem). Then, do I need lowering blocks for the rear still? Where do I get them? And finally front drop spindles (for discs if it matters). Now I know I can find all these parts easily, but I want to know where to get quality parts with good customer service without paying an arm and a leg. The drop spindles I have on my 72, I don't remember where I got them from...just some mail order joint....haven't had a problem with them though. |

Re: Where to buy.....
***************** for all the air bag stuff.
The notch I have heard good things about the cpp notch. It is bolt in but can be welding if you want. The lowering block you can make or I found some at performanceonline.com for a good price and in sizes from 1,1.5,2. Drop spindle I would suggest Early Classic. They're the original and I really haven't heard of any fitment problems.

DITTO! You can also get your lowering blocks from CPP as well. Save shipping if you're going to get the notch from them anyway.

Re: Where to buy.....
I highly recommend KP over Suicide Doors. KP is very good about sending parts out that day, unlike Suicide. The guys over @ KP also know our trucks more then others too.
