Floor pan help needed

As you can see in these pictures I have the front Floor pan welded in. I lined the pan up as best I could based on the front mount hole I thought I had everything inline until I went to the weld the rear repair section of the floor pan and the B piller extension is in the way of me be able to weld the rear section stright as you can see the the picture with the stright edge the b pillar forces the panel in almost two inches!

If anyone could take a look at this and offer some advice I would really apprecaite it.

Eric, I don't really have any good news for you, but I have found I always had to line the outside edge of the front floor plan up to the a-pillar and then cut the indented cab mount out of the new pan and move it outward at least a inch (or more). The stampings have the indent in the wrong place and are not a good datum to work off of. I have done 3 trucks and this was true for all of them.

You have cut out a lot more floor than I ever have, and I have never cut the diagonal support before. You may have had some shifting of the cab if it wasn't braced in some way.

This being said I think the best thing you can do is trial fit the outer rocker. If it fits and looks right (alignment to door and fit over pillars) then I wouldnt sweat it. If it doesn't you will have to cut and section the front pan to get everything to line up correctly. If the front pan is out of alignment you will have problems with the rocker and the front fender mounting.

Put the door on. Line it up. It looks like the cab corner may have moved.

Next time brace the door opening before you cut.

Anyway, put the door on line up everything on the outside. Brace it. Weld in your floor.

Thanks guys I clamped on the rocker panel in and it looks like the rear of the floor pan is cocked out about 3/4", I made a release cut rewelded, added a bit of metal and all is well and stright agian..

Good to hear, the sheetmetal parts save a lot of time but they always need some persuasion! I'm glad you got it worked out, it can be frustrating at times.
