2wd vrs 4wd body mount locations?
Are the 70' suburban 2wd body mount locations the same as the 4wd and 1/2ton vrs 3/4 ton the same also (so it would be possible to put a 2wd body on a 4wd frame)??

I belive there the same but you will need to get the high hump trans cover for the 4x4.

Mount locations are the same, but like Earl said you might need a high hump cover. Ive seen em without going high hump but its snug. Also I think the rubber body mounts may be a bit taller on the 4x4.

Re: 2wd vrs 4wd body mount locations?
When I ordered new body mounts I went with the energysuspention kit and as far as I know they only have one kit for both 2wd and 4wd my kit has teh same part number as the one every one is using on there 2wds. Depending on trans you may be able to use the 2wd trans hump but that all depends on the trans I think with an auto you may be able to pull it off. with my new nv4500 i have to make moor room or body lift it.
