8 lug bolt pattern different??
will the 8 lug rims off a 2004 2500hd fit a 86 c-20 8 lug?any difference in the newer ford or dodge 8 lug or are they all the same?

some of those wheels are metric bolt pattern older chevys are 8x6 1/2 you might have to take one off and test fit

The wheels of a new 2500hd are the 8 on 6.5 inches the only issue you may run into is the hub center on the new wheels may be smaller then wheel hubs on your old truck but i do not believe they are. Ford changed there bolt pattern in 99 to 8 on 170 mm or metric bolt pattern which is just slightly different so they wont work but dodge is still 8 on 6.5 and there wheels will work because there hub centers are bigger then chevys.

I too believe the newr centers (Chevy) are smaller. I believe I heard of somone making them larger somehow.
