This is the 4 piece headliner trim only. No screws are included but can be bought at Home Depot for less than a dollar. This has never been installed on a truck but has some scratches from being handled. In the one pic under the tape measure you can see the worst mark which is a quarter inch gauge. These are still like a mirror even with the scratches. I'm asking $60 shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. Paypal preferred. No PM's. First person to claim them gets them!
