Re: kickpanel speakers
Its not as bad as it looks if you can use a staple gun and a paint brush you can do it.

Re: kickpanel speakers
I had my upholsery guy cover mine. If i had it to do over, I would have had the upholstery guy make a custom set. The only thing I noticed I really don't like is you can't open the vents all the way without bending the rods.

Re: kickpanel speakers
I have them in mine. Fit isn't all that great, but I guess good enough. Crappy pics, all I had in my folder.

Re: kickpanel speakers
I use them, love my music, and when one day in the distant future I may make some custom panels, for now, these are ok.

Re: kickpanel speakers
I have a pair in my truck. I like them. I think they sound pretty good, but it gets in the way of the dimmer on the driver side.

Re: kickpanel speakers
Same here, but I didn't want to cut my new carpet, so it's just kinda sittin there. With the headlights on low beam and the driving lights on, I get plenty of light.

Re: kickpanel speakers
I highly reccommend you try to make them. I thought the same thing (no way they'd turn out good), but, they turned out very good, and they ended up looking way better than the one's you can buy. I was very suprised they turned out good, because all of my previous attempts at bodywork or anything other than mechanical work turned out like crap. And they were very easy to make. I followed the above links to make them (slightly modified, I smoothed and painted mine).
