How hard?

I need to install the c-notches on my 05 silverado and was wondering if you all had some tips so I don't mess anything up. What do you use to cut the frame with and such. I got the bolt in ones.

Re: How hard?

I think the easiest way would be to cut with a sawzall or cut-off-wheel on a grinder. Those would be my choice.
