need help with the passenger seat
Hi guys. I'm working on my 72 Jimmy and the little bracket that the passenger seat latching mechanism bolts into is missing. The thing that bolts to the floor. So, if I hit anything my passenger is getting LAUNCHED into the windshield. Anyone know a company thats selling these? I've struck out at the pick-a-part, and LMC, Classic, etc. doesnt have them. Dont know why... Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! |

Re: need help with the passenger seat
Not saying it's safe to drive someone around but the lap belt would hold them in and keep the seat from flipping up.

Re: need help with the passenger seat
not sure if it okay for me to offer one, But I have an extra somewhere. I'll have to look. I'd like to get rid of it with the other brackets.

Hey jaros44sr at first I thought, Hey not fair that your getting the part, but then I saw how many posts you have compared to the others and that you are a subscriber. I've been looking for that part also, so I'm jealous.

Re: need help with the passenger seat
that is why I was hesitant to post in the first place. As this is now a semi-wtb post and will probably be locked. I am not even sure I have an extra one, but I might. I am offering it to you. you pay shipping and take the other brackets as I can't bring myself to throw them in the scrap bin. I will look when I get a chance, Friday at the earliest. So as of right now, no I don't have one.
thanks J.
