'68 K20 gone to the crusher
On a parts hunt in a Maryland salvage yard, I asked the owner if he has seen any '67-'72's lately, he replied that a '68 Chevy K20 had just come in and I was welcome to look at it. Hearing the crusher running, he said you better hurry though. I went to look at the 'ol girl and found a complete truck that had been beat on hard. Mother Nature hadn't been kind to her either, as most all of the body parts were rusted through. One of the employees tried to salvage the rams horn manifolds, but the bolts were rusted solid into the heads. Another one bites the dust. Too bad...

That really sucks, I bet that it was probably pretty stripped.

I wouldn`t be too sure,around here.It prolly had alot of 4wd parts and they never thought twice about it.

It was all there except the steering wheel! The 4WD chassis was complete, however they were working fast to get a forklift under her.
