Decision time
I scored an LT1 out of a 96 Camaro from a guy I work with and now I'm trying to decide if I should put it my 67 or in a 90 S-15 I can pick up for super cheap. It would be nice to have something to pull a trailer with, the 67 would do that, but the S-15 would scoot with the LT1. What do you guys think?

Re: Decision time
The S15 could pull a small trailer, but since this is a 67-72 forum -- i'll vote for the '67 too

Re: Decision time
I built 3 of those "pocket trucks", 2 s -10's, & 1 ranger......they ALL had sb Chevs(including the little Ferd). They all were fun to play with, but got me into a little trouble(woops!) Also, everything fit D@MN tight in a v-8 little truck......not so much fun to work on! You need to weigh fun in 1 hand, & tow /work horse in the other......decide what you want/need the baddest best of luck, & have fun. crazyL

Re: Decision time
I hear you guys, I built a V8 S10 before and it did get me one speeding ticket, that was when my wife told me to sell it. I'll most likely do the 67 as I would like to have something to pull a car trailer and I have my 47 if I want to lay down some rubber.

Re: Decision time
...if you already have a hot-rod, put it in the 67.
BUT there is no reason that the 67 cant lay rubber, AND pull the trailer at the same time
