Pictures (from hot trux),....

My buddy Jeff (aka hot trux) wanted me to post a few pics. So here goes,... He's putting a '89-'91 grill in his '85 stepside. Here's a few pics from this weekend. The aluminum radiator will be "sunk" into the core support. All extra holes in the core support will be filled. He has also filled the backside of the front fenders,(all the big square holes),... to make for a smooth look. I'll also include the pic from his avatar. Hope this works!

Very nice! One question... why not a fuel cell instead of the saddle side tank? Preference?

I'll try to get some "close-up" frame shots from hot trux. They'll be posted as soon as I get them.

That was the first thought that entered my head as well when I first saw the rolling chassis. With all the shaving that he is doing everywhere else, I never expected to see the tank hanging on the side of the frame! In any case, it is a really sharp looking truck. Can't wait to see what it looks like when completed! Keep us posted. ...Joe

Great pics! Does he have his compressor and tank mounted on the frame yet? That thing is clean enough to eat off of.

Yes they are mounted in the rear where the spare tire would be.
