Tranny Problem

What keeps trans fluid from the 700r4 out of the NP205 transfer case? The
!@#$ that took over a year to fix reverse can't figure it out. His handiwork blew up after 60 miles and now he's had it 4 months under waranty. PM me if you want to know who to stay away from in Conroe!

Re: Tranny Problem

What's up dude. There are seals in trans to t-case mounting plate that keep the two fluids from mixing w/ eachother. You're gonna have to pull the t-case and replace those seals. Hope that helps. later. Mario

Re: Tranny Problem

No part number, but I'll try to get one tomorrow. My parts guy at a local Chevy dealership is awsome. I'm sure he can come across one. Mario
