I belive that that was a special option you could get from the factory

seriously....my 1968 C10 SWB (2WD) frame has them the guy that previously owned it said they were origional with the frame. mine are coming off tho lol.

That's rediculously cool. Didn't know they came out of the factory with a dump package. Best of luck getting your hands on it. A pro-street dump truck would be bad as hell.
