WIW? th350/203
I am wondering what a th350 transmission with a np203 is worth. I am not looking to sell it here but in the local craigslist. I aquired two sets. One is missing its shifter. Both look like they have been sitting outside for a little bit (one had a fair amount of water in the transmission. I would assume they would need a rebuild? Is there a way to check either piece of theses without hooking them up and running it? I am just wondering what I should ask for them?
Thanks, Eric

I tried selling a 4x4 th350 and didn't get any offers. Ended up giving it away.

Re: WIW? th350/203
most guys are trying to get away from the 203 and go to a 205 do to the 203s chain drive you can get from 150 to 200 for that set up if I was you I would post it on pirate4x4 your best bet to sell that combo will be to some one wanting to set up a dubbler they will need the 350 the adaptor and the 203 range box only the rest of the 203 is junked so no more chain. they can also add a 700r4 to that 203 easy.

You sure you want to run a 203?
Stock for your truck would be the much stronger 205 T-case. |

Full of water needing rebuilt? I'd say throw away the tranny, and maybe a $100 outta the range box and adapter.

Re: WIW? th350/203
My truck is a sm465/np205. I picked these up with a few front and rear ends for not a whole lot of money. I dont want to give them away but I know they have been sitting for a while so they are not top dollar by any means.
I considered keeping the 203 range box for a doubler but I would need a differnt input for my 4 spd. Thanks everyone for your input.

Re: WIW? th350/203
That combo should bring $250. I have one for sale at that price.
