Your 69 intake will not fit the 94 motor. The heads are different. You can get a new Edelbrock intake that will fit those heads and then you will be good to go.

I have a 350 from an 88 Z-28 in mine w/ the roller cam and centerbolt valve covers... The blocks are basically the same so as long as you have the correct motor mounts, accessory brackets and such it should go fairly smooth. Are you going to use a carb or efi?

You can buy an Edelbrock intake to fit the 94 heads or elongate the two center bolt holes on your stock intake on each side as the 94's two center bolts stand up rather than angle like the others. Not a big deal to elongate them.

Re: 94 350 into a 69

I had previously used a factory aluminum two plane manifold in which I just opened up the two middle holes. Worked good until I had some cash to get a performer manifold. I'm also using an hei that I got off ebay a few years back.
