RUN to the Sun Show
Well the show is over and I have to head back home today
The show had over 2500 car's I'm sure. I asked on Friday at lunch time and there were 2300 then. Never got a full count though. I had to leave early Saturday for a wedding. I have a album with 12 pages of pictures. Here is the truck that took first. I had to leave but I think this was it. They hadn't said when I left but he had a big croud around it when I pulled out. Here is the picture link. I ant loading all them again. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/gallery/...ry.php?cat=620

Re: RUN to the Sun Show
Looks like it was an awesome show! I saw a pic of at least one other board members truck in there. Thanks for taking the time to load all those for those of us who couldn't make it.

Re: RUN to the Sun Show
Yea I know there was at least two members trucks other than mine there. I never got to talk to anybody other than Scott with the blue & white truck. I have talked to Steve before he had the red step with the yellow wheels also. He's from Rockhill, SC but never caught up with him.
The show was great but the parking sucked. I had a great time though. Weather held out with no rain all weekend for us. I had to pickup $3000.00 worth of parts for a buddy of mines 67 he's doing. I got new carpet, cab mounts, floor mates, S/S sill plates.

Re: RUN to the Sun Show
I loaded 12 pages of pictures and two people posted back. I guess we don't like pictures as much as I thought or is everybody just outside working on their truck.

Re: RUN to the Sun Show
Wow, was planning to go to this show 2 weeks ago but had to bale out. Thanks for bringing the pics back, it's not like being there but at least it's a tease for next year. Maybe I will have something finished to take. Love that black 69 firebird, I am building one of those myself right now...along with begining the 68 "pickem up & put er down" project. Thanks alot
