I dont want to go with a full 4" lift on my work truck because I have to get in and out of it all day and I will be using it as a plow truck but I would like it to look just a little bigger so I'm thinking I'll run some 285 - 305's and a 2.5" lift. Anyone have pics? Yes I know 285's will fit stock

i got 31's with stock suspension and they dont rub or anything

I know yours is a 3/4 ton and mine are 1/2 tons.
I also think mine are 2" lifts but could be 2.5"?

The long bed is spring/spring and the short bed is spring/block.

I like having the steps like on the long bed. Actually my girlfriend really likes them. She had trouble climbing in the passenger side even before I put the lift on it.
The "nerf" bars on the short bed are taller than the steps on the long bed which puts you up higher climbing in the truck. Once on top of he "nerf" bars you have to crouch down to get in the cab; I prefer the height of the steps.
But the "nerf" bars are very handy for reaching things in the bed. I never thought about that until I had them on this truck.
Since yours is truly a work truck I would look into something like this. Very handy!

33x9.5 on the long bed and 33x12.5 on the short bed.
My preference is for 33x10.5 but I think that size has been discontinued from most companies except in mud terrain/traction style tires.

Have are you going to lift the rear? Blocks? You might look at a shackle flip, ORD makes a 2.5" lift shackle flip bracket which would let you keep your 3/4ton springs since you plan on using it for work. For front I would look at a lift spring, but not sure how it would hold up with the plow. Maybe a zero rate and lift shackles?
