Cutting kick panels for speakers.
I am thinking about cutting my kick panels to put in 6.5" speakers. There should be enough room right? The mounting depth for the speakers is 2.5" . I also might attempt to make my own kick panel speaker holders too. I'll see what works best.

I wouldn't cut there, that is a rather important structeral peice.
