wiper arm removal
so i'm trying to get the whole wiper assembly off my truck (with out ruining it) and i got stuck at stage one.i can not for the life of me get the wiper to come loose at the mount. any one have any ideas?

One the under side of the pivot point, directly opposite of the arm itself, there is a retainer piece that needs to be held out of the way while wiggling the arm off the shaft. Use a hook tool to do this.
