EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
I have been looking for this since last week when I posted the P15 thread. This is even better...350 and dually! This one really rocks!
I would like to chop the top. I thought I posted the link...but forgot...only $1200! http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/car/729071113.html

Re: EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
That body style came in both steel & aluminum. I would stay away from the steel bodies. They are very prone to rust & are heavy. There are a lot of aluminum body step vans on the market. Check with the snack food co,s & bread, laundry co,s. The aluminum bodies last practically forever especially ones made by Grumman .

Re: EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
Interesting observation wrenchbender...did the entire P series have steel and alumninum options? I like the bigger chassis since it has the duallys and C30 frame. Great swap meet rig!!! A runner for $1200..."throw away" price!
This one is a '68...my favorite year!

Re: EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
Man, my dad had 2-3 grumman trucks back in the day, but I think they were all 80's versions. Those were pretty sweet.

Re: EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
the only way it would be cooler is if it had been repowered with a Cummins 4bt.

Re: EVERYONE Wants a P30 Dually!!!!!!!!
The 71 up had front disc brakes & a heavier chassis. 73 up had the latter model rear end with higher gears available. It used the same parts into the 90,s & is easier to find parts for.
