It's been 5 years since i first decided i wanted a 67-72 c10 truck. But that was back in high school and funds were very minimal. Looked at a few trucks but were so rotted just weren't worth it. A few months back a buddy of mine worked with a guy who has a bunch of trucks, mainly 55& 56 but afew of the 67-72 vintage. I bought the best one he had. Well he started off by buying this truck 9 years ago and was just buying parts along the way but never worked on it. I paid a pretty penny for it but the body is in great shape and i got alot of parts. It's a stepside which i was never really a fan of so i'm looking for a fleet bed along the way. Anyways i hope that i'll be able to help and get plenty of help on this project caus eit's been a long time coming. I'll have to start a build thread when i get going on it.

Re: New Member from Mass

Lots of parts here, with a lot of guys in states that don't have so much rust - you should have no problem finding a short fleet. Welcome from the left coast. By the way, the rest of us are getting a little tired of you guys winning championships back there - let some othere teams win once in a while, O.K.?

Re: New Member from Mass

Thanks Everyone for the replies. Looks like this will be a great help. I'll get up some pics soon. I've seen alot of meets listed on the board but most are down south. Maybe when i get mine done we can get a meet together up in my neck of the woods. Thanks and Happy 4th.
