Now My Clutch Is Slippin""""
Now I got some new problems since I have put the truck on the road. It starts of just fine but when I get on her in 2nd or third gear she starts slipping. First gear is fine. I have adjusted the fork linkage to wear there it is not tight when not pressed in. Hoping that it was just not engaging all the way.,. Help... Is there a way I can kind of resurface it as I drive like on vw's or do I just need to through a new clutch in.... Help

Re: Now My Clutch Is Slippin""""
If you have free play on the clutch pedal then it sounds like the clutch is worn out. Not much you can do except replace it I guess. I wouldn't drive it too much while it is slipping or you could end up needing a new flywheel if it gets damaged/warped. Phil.

Your clutch is trashed from the sounds of it. I know it sucks to tear back into it, but it is cheap insureance for a solid drivetrain thats not going to leave you somewhere when it finally gives up.
